4. File Processing & Deletion

OurPdf processes your files on secure cloud servers. We commit to the following:

• Files are processed in an isolated temporary environment
• All uploaded files are permanently deleted immediately after your download
• We do not access, read, analyze, or share the content of your files
• You retain full ownership and copyright of all files you upload

5. Intellectual Property

The OurPdf brand, logo, website design, and codebase are the intellectual property of OurPdf and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

The files you upload and process through OurPdf remain your intellectual property at all times. You grant OurPdf only the temporary, limited license necessary to process your files for the service you requested.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OurPdf is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• Results of compression or conversion will meet specific quality requirements
• The service will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OurPdf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device, arising from your use of the service.

Important: Always keep backup copies of your original files before processing them with any online tool, including OurPdf.
